1. To use the Google Chrome Extention, visit this link and click "Add to Chrome" to your browser. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/otter-web-extension/kfofceljcpcnkeieiiknkkefjgmabeei?hl=en&authuser=0
2. Once installed login to your Otter account in a separate tab from your POS system. Click the waiver you want to access and click the person you want to copy over. From there it will save that info in the Otter plugin.
3. Open your POS and paste the information into a new user account.
What POS will this work with?
Here is a list of POS providers that don't integrate with Otter Technologies. Our Google Chrome extension is a perfect workaround for these companies. Example: Copy the email and phone not pulled from an ID scan to your POS.
