After you've received signatures on a waiver, you can view the data on signees and export the data. Below, we'll walk you through the ways you can sort the data and two options for exporting it.
First, you must be an administrator to access and export a waiver's list of signees. Sign on to your organization's Otter Dashboard on the Otter website. Once logged in, click on Saved Waivers in the left-hand menu to access all the waivers you have saved.
Select the waiver for which you want to manage the signees. A new window will open allowing you to see all the signees for that particular waiver.
1. Sorting the checkin list
You can sort the signee list using the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Participant type
- Date & time of sign
- Title
- Flag
- Document ID
Otter Tip: By sorting your list in ascending or descending order, you can see who were the earliest or latest signees or view all the flagged waivers. Just click a column's title, and the table will be sorted.
2. Search for a signee
Click on the Search bar at the top of the waiver's page.
You can search for a signee by their First Name and Last Name, and the screen should pull up any search results that match the names entered.
For minors, you can search by the guardian's name as well as the minor's name.
After you have the search results, you also can then sort and filter the names as well.
3. Filter the signee list
You can filter the list of signees based on the participant type, either Minor or Adult. The default filter is set to "All" to include both types.
Once "Minors" or "Adults" is selected as a filter, then you can perform other actions, such as sort and search on the filtered list.
If there are no signees, then you will see a message stating "No Signee under [Participant Type]."
4. Export all Signee data from a waiver folder
To quickly export all the signee data from a waiver folder, click on Saved Waivers on the left-hand menu.
Select the waiver folder you want to export and click on the three-dot menu on the right. A menu will pop up. Select Download.
