If you need to change your credit card info, you can modify or delete it from your Organization Account at any time as an Admin. First, log on to your Otter Dashboard via Otter's website.
- Access the Billing Info in Billing Overview in Settings
- Click the EDIT CARD link next to the desired credit card.
- Update your credit card information as needed, and then click Verify and Save.
