Why am I out of free credits?

We give all of our new Otter Waiver users X amount free credits to help them get started. It's a one-time gift, so those credits do not renew or refresh. Once you have used them up, you can add more credits to continue using Otter Waiver. If credits are not used within 30 days they will expire.
