When your waiver credit balance reaches zero, your account will become suspended. While suspended, you will no longer be able to make waivers and receive signatures or use our SMS texting service.
Data Charges While Account is Suspended
After your account has been suspended, Otter Waiver will continue to invoice your project for data until you reinstate your account and add a new credit card. Invoices can be viewed under the Billing tab on your Otter Dashboard on the website.
Reinstate your Project
If your Otter Waiver account becomes suspended due to zero or negative balance, you can add credits onto your account and all charges from outstanding invoices will be subtracted. To prevent future suspensions due to zero balance, we recommend setting an automatic reload trigger.
