As an Admin navigate to the Team Page located on the left menu. Select a user you need to reset a password for.
The admin will see a reset user password link on the user's profile.
On click reset user password link, A reset password email should be sent to the respective user. The admin should get a pop-up message saying “User reset email has been sent.”
The user should get a password reset link in the email, which he/she received. On click password reset link, the user will be redirected to a screen, where the user will be asked to add
- New Password
- Confirm Password.
On click save changes, if the password and confirm password matches, then the password will be updated successfully and the user will be redirected to the login screen of otter.
