Otter’s standard pricing falls into two categories: Monthly and yearly charges.
Monthly Plans
Otter Waivers monthly plans start at $30 / month and go up to $600/month based on your volume.
Most Otter products and services are subtracted from your account with credits on a per-use basis. You can buy credit to supply your account with access to all our services. When you run out the service limits you will automatically be charged for overaged based on your plan.
Taxes
Otter is required to collect taxes from customers in a number of jurisdictions around the world. Otter collects taxes per transaction either when purchasing a monthly plan.
Otter offers volume pricing discounts for most of our products. Please visit the add credits page in settings and use the Otter Calculator for volume pricing up to 50,000 credits. For Volume pricing past 50,000 credits a year, please reach out to your Account Manager, or contact Sales.

Monthly account charges can be seen by logging into your account and visiting app.Otterwaiver.com/settings/billing-overview.
Otter Account Billing
When you upgrade to a paid account, we’ll deduct your usage credits from your account, until your account balance hits zero. For more details, please see our article for How Otter Billing Works.
How do credits work?
Waiver Signing (Based on the package)
1 Credit will be subtracted for a completed waiver. If a waiver is not completed it won’t be stored to your account.
Automatic SMS Service (Based on the package)
Setup for SMS is a one-time fee of $25 that includes a custom phone number setup through Otter you can opt in to set up automatic SMS service. This service uses a preprogrammed SMS to respond to Signees with their waiver link.

Each Otter phone number you purchase has a monthly charge attached. For full details, please see How much does a phone number cost.
Otter Support Plans:
Otter provides free email support, but we also offer upgraded support plans with guaranteed response times and phone support. For full details, please see our Support Plans landing page.
