2. No Automated Email: Please note that because this login is manually set up, the Account Administrator will not receive an automated email containing their login information. Instead, you are responsible for securely sharing the email address and login password with them.

3. Security Reminder: For security reasons, advise the Account Administrator to change their password immediately after receiving it. This ensures that their account remains secure.

Logging In as the Account Administrator:

1. Accessing the Account: To access their account, the Account Administrator should navigate to app.otterwaiver.com.

2. Using Login Credentials: They should then use the email address and password you created during the location setup to log in.

Troubleshooting:

• Email Already Exists Error: If the Account Administrator attempts to sign up for a new account with the same email address, they will encounter an error message stating "Email already exists." In this case, they should choose the "Login" option rather than "Signup."

• Password Reset: In the event that the login password doesn't work, they can initiate a password reset by visiting Password Reset. They will need to use the email address provided during setup to reset their password.
