If a customer has already opted into the program, then attempts to opt in again, what happens?

If a customer has already opted in Ottertext will not ask for them to verify optin. Instead it will send a confirmation text or automation based on how you have a keyword or landing page setup. In some instances it will be blank if you don't have an autoresponse setup.
