Are we charged if a person signs up multiple times for waivers?

You are charged for overages beyond your plan's limit. For example, if your plan includes 500 waivers per month and you use 600, you will be billed for the extra 100 at a rate of $10 per 100. OtterWaiver counts every document signed, even if a customer signs multiple times in a day.
