How do I remove email address from my waiver, or make it optional?

Unfortunately Otterwaiver does not have the ability to completely remove the email address field do to compliance with esignature act and being able to send the signed document via email to the participant once signed.

However Otterwaiver also does not verify the email address so the participant can enter a fake email or use their kids, works or wife's email to get a copy of the document. If they have none of the above you can offer to have them send it to your companies email and print it for them.
