Identification screen of our waiver allows people to skip it. How do I setup the question to be required?

When building a waiver, you will need to check the box on the left to select the prebuild optional field and then flip the switch on the right making it required. If this switch is set to off like with "Home Address," it will not be required, and users can skip it.
